While silicone breast implants have become very popular since they came back in 2006, there are still plenty of reasons for you to consider the use of saline. In addition to size, some incision methods such as TUBA require a saline implant.



Oone of the most important factors in breast augmentation has to do with the size you are going to choose. In recent years, breast implant sizing systems have made this a comparatively easy choice.
